Receiving Products
If your product has a barcode, it will be received electronically against a previously created purchase order. This allows us to minimize receiving errors and also digitally record every item received. If you product is not barcoded, our team will barcode each item and then electronically receive it against a purchase order to ensure the inventory is correct.
We also handle individual packaging as needed.
Climate Controlled Storage
Many products are not able to withstand the heat that summers in Texas can produce. Therefore, we have expanded our facilities to include an extra 3,500 sq. ft. of climate controlled area. Any cosmetic, special print items, or anything other items that are heat sensitive can be stored and shipped without a problem.
Picking and Packaging Products
All items are picked via electronic scanner. We have several laptop carts, each with their own scanner. Once an order is received, one of our trained professionals will take a laptop to the location of the product, scan the barcode on the order, and scan the barcode on the product that needs to be picked. Once completed, the product is brought to the Quality Control station where the order is inspected with another electronic scanner to ensure the products are correct.
If you have special packaging needs we are able to accomodate to the extent that is required, whether you need bubble wrap, drafting tubes, or even ribbons and tissue paper.
Shipping
Being in the shipping business we know a lot about which carriers are the fastest and which are the most efficient. Our knowledgeable warehouse personnel will be able to help you find what ship methods work best for your company and your customers. We provide automatic email confirmation that includes tracking numbers for your customers' reference. Every package and confirmation has your company name and logo to maintain credibility with your customers. And due to our central location we can reach either US coast in two (2) days with ground shipment. All orders received by 1:00PM CST will be shipped out same day, all orders received after 1:00 PM CST will either be shipped out same day or next day. All Next Day Air and Second Day Air packages are shipped same day if received by 4:30 CST.
Additional Services
We can offer UPS discounts directly to you. Since we ship out over 5,000 items each day we are able to ship at a discounted price. We can create your own UPS account under ours and pass those savings onto you.
