Each supplier can be linked to particular items in your inventory as well as specifying instock thresholds for each item. When the inventory level falls below the threshold an email notification can be automatically sent to you, your vendor, or both. As with nearly all of our reporting, purchase orders can be exported in various formats such as Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel.
